Although he does not recall it, Greg was singing before he could talk. His parents
(Santa) gave him a rocking horse when he was just shy of eighteen months old.
He immediately jumped on the horse and began to sing "Someone's In The Kitchen
With Dinah". He had heard this sung by his parents and sang it perfectly not
understanding a single word he was singing.
His own first memory of music is sitting and watching an LP record go "round and
round" while the music played. He would sit the entire length of the album because
he was fascinated with how the spinning made the sounds. Then when he was
six years old, his life was forever changed by the Beatles and Ed Sullivan.

As he sat watching the historic debut of The Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show, he was completely mesmerized. He
decided at that time that he was going to be a rock star. He held on to that dream through high school and college
performing locally and nationally with "The Euphony Band" as the lead vocalist and keyboard player. The band became
quite renowned gathering fans from all over that still ask them to perform to this day.
But GOD had other plans for Greg; plans that would take him a long way from the days of being a "rock star"
but closer to music than he ever imagined. And put him in a place where not only did he understand the
words he was singing - but he had lived them.
Greg grew up in a wonderful Christian home and was taken to church "everyday" or so it seemed to him. He was exposed
to great singing and preaching his whole life. But it wasn't until he was visiting a church with his girlfriend and heard the
preaching of an old-fashioned, hell-fire and damnation, minister, that God spoke to Greg and he gave his life to Christ. The
next day he quit the band - not because of the music - not because of where they played - but because he did not think he
was strong enough to resist the temptation that "the band life" offered.
He joined the ranks of responsible adulthood and went to work in a major advertising firm. During this time of his life, he
joined a male quartet, singing in local churches and continued to work on his music. For many years, this lay-out of his life
was God-ordained and blessed. But then, he began to feel that he should leave where he was and dedicate himself to
music. However, Greg struggled with what many of us have struggled with - "I can't leave my job because I need the
money that it provides." - so he stayed where he was.
The next few years were made of those things most of us have nightmares about. Greg's father died after having
struggled with a debilitating condition for years. Greg, an only child and very close to his father, was devastated. Six
months later, while still grieving the loss of his dad, Greg's oldest son was in a car wreck which left him sightless in one
eye and very nearly cost him his life. After the accident, his son began to wrestle with, and then succumb to, alcohol and
drug addition. It was a constant battle between father and son. (His son has since been through rehab and is now three
years - drug free.)
Shortly after this, Greg was laid off from his job and then went through the pain of separation and divorce. Feeling as
though his life was in shambles, he wondered how he would ever be able to be effective in the kingdom of God again. But
GOD always has a plan and He certainly had one for Greg.
During this frame of time, Greg became partners with Mark Dowdy at Crosstown Sound Recording Studios. A couple of
years after being there, a woman, Linda, came in to do a project of original material. She eventually became a partner in
Crosstown sound as well. Mark felt the call of God to become a full-time music minister and left the studio. Greg and Linda
fell in love, got married and moved the studio into the basement of their home and changed the name to Full Circle Music.
So here we have Greg, a man whose burning passion had always been music, a man who can play most any instrument,
now owner of a recording studio and married to a songwriter. Can you see God smiling? God is good, a friend of the
broken hearted, a gentle gardener to the bruised reed and a shelter for the smoldering wick.
Greg and his wife Linda write, record and produce their original songs and also produce and engineer projects for other
artists. God has opened the doors for their music to be heard all over the world. Their songs have been recorded by
several artists, one of them a messianic Jewess, singing in Hebrew to the people of Israel. Only God could have
orchestrated such things as this.
Greg has learned that when you give control of your life to God, God will do what only God can do. His life is a testimony to
the power and love of God.
